I have many of these on an old lp I picked up as a kid. Yeah, that Sempre Libera put me off Olivero for a long time. But I recovered. Thanks for digitalizing so I can hear them again. Haven't had a record player for decades.

I agree with your less than enthusiastic feeling for Pons. All that staccato chirping gets reallllly old, and of all things to blow up into an overindulgent slog, 'Daughter' is not one. The woman interpolated everything but the kitchen sink, taking a light French souffle and overbaking it into a goopy saccharine mess.
