Wonderful. I've listened to this recording three times now and absolutely love it. I'm not always a fan of DiStefano, but he wins me over in this one. And a question: in the thrilling scene between Sparafucile, Maddalena and Gilda, does the conductor go too fast for them or do they just lose their places? Either way, it's hold on to your seats.
